Hingham Planning Board confirms procedures for Bishops Lane subdivision. Chair Tracy Shriver and the five-member board unanimously ratified administrative procedures from Community Planning Director Emily Wentworth regarding an incomplete definitive subdivision filing at 16 and 0 Bishops Lane. The procedures outlined in Wentworth's April 15 letter will allow the board to schedule a hearing on the matter.
The board also held an executive session to discuss litigation strategy in Young v. Planning Board before adjourning at 8:02 PM.
