Planning Board · Meeting of June 1, 2026

HINGHAM — Planning Board unanimously approves Hingham Animal Clinic expansion. Vetcor of Massachusetts LLC d/b/a Hingham Animal Clinic received Site Plan Approval and a Special Permit A3 Parking Determination and Waiver to add a sixth exam room and reconfigure parking at 146 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, with 24 spaces relocated from state highway layout onto the property. The applicant agreed to install conduit for future EV charging infrastructure serving four east-side spaces, deferring buildout.

The practice will not expand hours or volume. The Board also approved a minor Site Plan Approval modification for Matthew Falconeiri, Falconeiri Construction Inc. at 222 South Pleasant Street, relocating the erosion control line per Conservation Department request and requiring replacement of four removed trees.
