BOARD APPROVES $20,000 ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE

HINGHAM — Lincoln Apartments unanimously authorizes $20,000 upgrade to access control system. Board Chair Elizabeth Cullen and members Jack Falvey and Connor Fallon voted 3-0 to authorize Commercial Lock & Safe Service, LLC to replace the complex's key system with wireless fob entry on up to four doors. The work incorporates the existing ADA clicker system with linear access control hardware and software.
The authorization is one of several capital improvement projects currently underway at the complex.
