HINGHAM — The Lincoln Apartments Board discussed a proposed expansion warrant article on April 1. Chair Elizabeth Cullen and board members Matt Dillis and Jack Falvey addressed resident concerns about affordability and expansion risks during discussion of a Warrant Article permitting building expansion, subject to deed restrictions limiting coverage to 30 percent of the parcel and restricting occupancy to seniors and persons with disabilities. Falvey said the town's priority is protecting residents, not maximizing profit, and that developer selection will emphasize track record.
