Board Reorganizes, Approves $93,500 in Capital Projects

HINGHAM — Lincoln Apartments board votes $93,500 for capital projects under new leadership. Connor Fallon was unanimously elected chair and Jack Falvey vice chair as the board welcomed new member Betsy Hernberg. The board unanimously approved a $49,500 comprehensive capital needs assessment with Rimkus Consulting Group, $38,525 for 67 new energy-efficient air conditioning units, and $5,531.46 for rear door security upgrades including ADA-compliant equipment.
The board also authorized up to $5,000 for engineering design of parking lot improvements coordinated with the National Guard and targeting a September start.
