Board approves $367,440 contract for community room renovation

HINGHAM — Lincoln Apartments Board of Managers unanimously approves $367,440 renovation contract with TM Construction. Acting Chair Connor Fallon led the April 8 meeting with board members Jack Falvey, Matt Dillis, and Elizabeth Cullen present. During public comment, resident Lonnie Cutler raised concerns about newspaper and mail delivery at the apartments.
The board authorized Elizabeth Cullen to sign the contract for the Kersey Community Room, Kitchen, and Laundry Room Renovation Project, on a motion by Falvey and second by Dillis, with a 4-0 vote.
