Hingham Recreation Commission approves prior minutes and charts summer staffing. Chair Vicki Donlan reported over 5,300 program registrations in March; Mark Thorell outlined plans to hire approximately 75 returning staff, 50 new staff, 15 lifeguards, 11 managers, and 30 CITs, with orientations set for June 10th and 13th. The Pickleball Project heads to the Conservation Commission on April 13th, and the department's field-maintenance contract with North Turf ends in May and will be rebid.
