Sale Prices Lag Behind Deed Recordings for Most Hingham Transfers
Eleven properties recorded deed transfers in Hingham between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only one so far: $190, tied to a Sept. 1 transfer to Fatme A. Khalil and Khodor T. Khalil from Aidan Rooney. The remaining 10 transactions, including addresses on Stagecoach Road, Park Circle, Pioneer Road and Cedar Street, await price data at the registry. Because pricing is available for just one transfer, a meaningful sales range or median cannot be calculated this period. Several deeds reflect transfers between owners and their own trusts, and Peter and Mollie Sorenson both sold and bought property within the window.
