Nine Hingham Property Sales Recorded in August, Few Prices Disclosed
Nine properties changed hands in Hingham between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $820 to $962, with a median of $960. The period's highest disclosed sale was 1154 Main St., which sold for $962 on Aug. 10 to Gregory and Sophia Horth. Five of the nine transfers involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname, consistent with family or trust transfers, and none of those five disclosed a price. With two-thirds of the period's sales lacking price data, the available figures offer only a partial view of Hingham's market tone this period.
