Hingham Deeds Show Wide Price Gaps as Most August Sales Await Recorded Values
Plymouth County recorded 11 Hingham property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a sale price by the time records were reviewed: $401, $580 and $950, for a median of $580. The top recorded sale was 215 Gardner St. at $950, a transfer between two LLCs. Two other transfers moved property into family trusts, and a trust tied to 141 Wompatuck Rd. also appeared as the seller of a separate property days earlier. With most prices still pending, the period offers limited data for judging market direction.
