Most Hingham Property Transfers Recorded Without Disclosed Sale Price In Late July
Nine property transfers were recorded in Hingham between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $671 for 106 Fort Hill St. and $650 for a property listed only as "Hingham, MA." The median of those two disclosed prices is $660. The remaining seven transactions, spread across seven other streets, listed no sale price. Notable patterns include two same-name trust transfers (1 Presidents Road and 603 Tuckers Lane) and a same-day sale-and-purchase by Brian and Deborah Brockney involving 3 Talbot Road and 14 Puritan Road. With most prices undisclosed, this period's data offers limited insight into overall market pricing.
