No Sale Prices Disclosed in Any of Hingham's Eight August Deeds
Eight properties in Hingham recorded deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, per Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the eight disclosed a sale price, making it impossible to calculate a price range or median for the period. Transactions spanned seven different streets, including Prospect Street, Presidents Road, Elm Street, Grenadier Road, Wanders Drive, Independence Lane and Richards Road, with no street seeing more than one sale. Three transfers moved property within the same family, including trust conveyances at 44 Wanders Drive and 17 Independence Lane. Four other transactions appeared to be sales between unrelated buyers and sellers. Without pricing data, the eight-transaction count is the only measurable signal of activity this period.
