Hingham Records 10 Property Deeds in September, Most Sale Prices Still Pending
Hingham recorded 10 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, at 5 Richard Road, carried a sale price so far: $850, sold by Gary Farner and Olivia Lanna to Four Sons LLC. The other nine transfers have no price on file yet, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Six of the 10 transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust; two others moved from a limited liability company to a new owner, and one was a municipal transfer to the Hingham Affordable Housing Trust. With pricing available for just one transfer, the data does not yet support a read on the month's price trend.
