HINGHAM — Capital Outlay Committee tables repurposing of unused Article 24 funds pending Select Board input. Patricia Burke reported that a consultant-led Decarbonization Roadmap will deliver a report and trigger-event tracking spreadsheet by October or November 2026 to monitor emissions reduction work at municipal buildings. Art Robert outlined economic development prospects in South Hingham, with potential uses including housing, retail, hotel, industrial, office, and lab space.
Tom Mayo noted that funded projects underway include the South Shore Community Center pool, a fire truck, and inner harbor resiliency phase 1 work.
