HINGHAM — Capital Outlay Committee reviews $1.8M in capital requests. The committee heard presentations on approximately $1.8 million in equipment and facility needs: the Building Department seeking $47,138 for a new vehicle, DPW requesting $926,000 for equipment and vehicle replacement, the Transfer Station requesting $767,000 for equipment and a $292,000 roll-off truck to offset $35,000 in annual vendor costs, and Bare Cove Park Trustees seeking $58,000 to restore electricity to the Dock House museum building.
