The three-member board, meeting without Bill Ramsey, unanimously signed the 2025 Annual Town Meeting warrant on April 1, directing constables to distribute it to residents; the document includes a new QR code linking to an electronic copy. Assistant Town Administrator Art Iaccarino reported Verizon is in the final stages of activating cell antenna infrastructure at 30 Green Street, expected to go live by month's end, while the town is also reviewing RFP responses to lease land at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive for a multi-carrier monopole that could deliver expanded coverage by late 2025 or early 2026. Iaccarino also announced a Rev 250 Heritage tourism task force, to be organized under Town Administrator Tom Mayo's office, with its first meeting expected the following week, and Hingham Historical Society director Deer Anderson confirmed the society's participation, noting the town and Historical Society last partnered on a comparable effort for the 1976 bicentennial.
