HINGHAM — Community Preservation Committee approves four prior meeting minutes at brief April 26 session. The committee met with six of ten members present—Ruth Bennett, Crystal Kelly, Vicki Donlan, David Ellison, Phil Edmundson, and Chair Nancy MacDonald—and unanimously approved minutes from meetings in November, December, and January. Community Planning Director Emily Wentworth attended.
