Hingham Zoning Board approves garage addition at 45 Irving Street. Acting Chair Paul Healey, Regular Member Jed Ruccio, and Associate Member Mario Romania, Jr. voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit A1 to Sebastian Gomez Puerto for two conforming additions to a pre-existing nonconforming garage connecting to the single-family home. The Board found the proposal meets all dimensional and design standards of the Zoning By-Law and poses no hazard or nuisance to the residential neighborhood.
The permit is conditioned on compliance with approved plans and applicable zoning provisions.
