Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of January 15, 2026

Hingham Affordable Housing Trust advances warrant article on Lincoln School Apartments. The trust voted four to zero to submit the article to the Select Board, which would authorize the board to sell, lease, or convey the 86 Central Street property for community housing purposes and to impose an Affordable Housing Restriction on the property. The proposal was discussed at recent residents' and neighborhood meetings.

The trust will reconvene January 27.
