Select Board approves Comella's manager change and $200,000 road contract

HINGHAM — Select Board unanimously approves Comella's manager transition and $200,000 roadway contract. Chair Bill Ramsey and members Liz Klein and Julie Strehle voted to replace Comella's manager Jessica Villavicencio with Kim Collyer, contingent on Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission approval. The board also authorized Town Administrator Tom Mayo to execute a T.L.

Edwards agreement for Otis Street asphalt installation and driveway work, with the contract anticipated for future amendment to include additional streets as state Chapter 90 funding becomes available. The board unanimously approved ceremonial proclamations for Arbor Day (April 24) and Earth Day (April 22).
