Hingham School Building Committee approves $153K in Foster Elementary changes. The committee voted 5-0 to ratify change order #22, bundling eleven project change orders including $43,421 for basketball court repairs and $33,416 for added door bottoms, with no change to the substantial completion date. A second motion approved a $115,000 not-to-exceed price for guardrail revisions in the second-floor K-1 corridor, scheduled for summer execution.
Bacon Construction's February pay request of $53,568.88 passed 4-0. PMA Consultants reported ongoing warranty work on heat pump chiller programming and interior speakers; the irrigation well hydrofracking test is scheduled to determine final flow rates.
