Deitsch interviewed Stone Consulting, Inc., Gallagher Benefit Services, and KMS Actuaries, LLC on January 13 following a competitive RFP. All three firms were rated Highly Advantageous. KMS submitted the lowest cost proposal and won the contract on a unanimous 5-0 vote.
