Hingham Retirement Board unanimously approves February payroll warrant totaling $1.1M and backs current investment strategy. The board approved the monthly payroll of $1,125,470.67 and a cash disbursements warrant of $173,183.46, including $140,951.86 in MTRS transfers and municipal 3(8)(c) payments. Frank E.
Benham of Meketa Investment Group reported the retirement system valued at $199.9 million as of December 31, 2025, with a 12.6 percent annual return driven primarily by equities; PRIM recommended holding the current diversified asset allocation long-term. The board also approved police patrolman Daniel R. Martini for system membership, effective August 1, 2025.
