HINGHAM — Recreation Commission approves $2.9M revolving fund warrant article for FY27. Chair Vicki Donlan presented Warrant Article O to the board, with Recreation Director Mark Thorell noting the department is tracking $2,600,000 in revenue this year but requested a buffer for enrollment fluctuations. Commission member Adrienne Ramsey moved approval, Steven Buckley seconded, and the measure passed 4-0 to advance to Town Meeting.
