Planning Board · Meeting of August 10, 2026

Planning Board delayed two residential development hearings to August 24. Both site plan reviews were unanimously continued on August 10. At 22 Howe Street, the board continued Sean And Mairen Marshall's application for a sports court and shed on a site where significant tree groves had been removed, after residents raised concerns about tree loss, drainage, wind exposure, and potential noise.

At 709 Main Street, the board continued Michael Ahern's application for a pool house and accessory dwelling unit, finding the application not actionable due to unresolved zoning questions and architectural discrepancies. Member Ellis suggested that the applicant work with Planning Department staff on zoning conformance issues.
