HINGHAM — Planning Board approves two residential Site Plans, continues four applications. The board unanimously approved Site Plan Review for ALR Homes LLC to reconstruct a dwelling at 109 Weir Street in Residence District C, incorporating revisions to minimize disturbance and eliminate blasting. The board also approved Site Plan Review for Leo Yazykov to build a 5,000 square foot home at 14 Highview Drive in Residence District A, maintaining impervious area through elimination of an existing pool.
Four applications were continued to February 9: the 177 Old Derby Development 104-acre preliminary subdivision, Fifty-Five Saxon Hingham's industrial park modification, and the Porters Cove Road site plan modification. A third residential project at 1192 Main Street was continued to February 23. The board also continued hearings on three zoning articles to a special meeting on February 2.
