HINGHAM — Planning Board approves two residential site plans and continues three applications. The Board unanimously granted Site Plan Review to Jennifer and Philip McGuire for a project at 22 Del Prete Drive that increases gross floor area from 4,900 to 6,300 square feet with additions, a pool, and extensive tree mitigation, and to Spiros and Athena Giannaros for a 6,050-square-foot dwelling reconstruction at 25 Arnold Road featuring a new septic system and improved stormwater management. Three applications, including a 104-acre preliminary subdivision and two single-family residential projects, were continued to January 26.
The Board unanimously recommended Article A, a zoning cleanup correcting a section reference, and continued Articles B and C addressing brewery-use expansion and Site Plan Review procedure updates to January 26.
