HINGHAM — Personnel Board moves toward health care funding study task force. The board discussed taking a leadership role in a second phase health care study to review options for funding health insurance premiums in future fiscal years, after the Advisory Committee requested the board's involvement in reviewing Warrant Article FF. Members Jack Manning, Lynn Carroll, Karen Johnson, Andy McElaney, and Courtney Orwig, along with Town Administrator Tom Mayo and Assistant Town Administrator Art Robert, discussed task force composition and time frame.
Lynn Carroll was coordinating with Advisory Committee member Steve Pohl and prepared a detailed outline of the study particulars.
