HINGHAM — Personnel Board approves educational incentive pay for two officers. The board unanimously authorized educational incentive pay for Officer Kenneway and Officer Shannon for their bachelor's degrees, effective following their respective graduation dates, according to minutes from the March 12 meeting at Town Hall. Chair Jack Manning presided over the five-member board.
The vote was unanimous. The board also reviewed and approved prior minutes from January 29, February 12 and February 26, 2026, before entering Executive Session to discuss personnel matters and collective bargaining strategy for five town unions.
