HINGHAM — Personnel Board approves prior minutes and receives staffing update. The board unanimously approved its December 4, 2025 minutes and received a report from HR Director Lisa Campbell on 17 open positions across five town departments, including 4 patrol officers, 4 firefighter-paramedics, 2 library staff, 3 DPW employees, and 4 Town Hall workers. The board held an executive session to discuss collective bargaining strategy and a proposed warrant article to transfer funds to the FY27 Group Insurance Budget.
