Hingham Personnel Board approves annual report and by-law amendment. Chair Jack Manning and members Lynn Carroll, Karen Johnson, and Courtney Orwig unanimously accepted the Annual Report with modifications to vacation carryover and approved an amendment to Section 26 of the Personnel By-Law for Town Warrant inclusion. The board also unanimously accepted Article E addressing salaries of certain town officers, while deferring Article D for further review.
HR Director Lisa Campbell provided updates on recent hires. The board entered Executive Session to discuss collective bargaining strategy related to a proposed Civil Service revocation.
