No Sale Prices Disclosed in 11 Hingham Property Transfers Recorded in July

The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Hingham property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but none listed a sale price, so a price range and median cannot be reported for the period. Six of the 11 transfers involved matching family names, several into or out of a trust, including at 15 Hancock Road, 22 Charles Street and 6 Ringbolt Road. The remaining five, at addresses including 30 Franklin Rodgers Road, 87 Ward Street and 1 Squirrel Hill Lane, list different buyer and seller names consistent with typical sales. Ward Street was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. With no disclosed prices in this dataset, market tone for the period cannot be characterized beyond transaction count.
