HINGHAM — Lincoln Apartments board backs senior housing warrant article with deed restrictions. Board Chair Elizabeth Cullen, members Jack Falvey, Matt Dillis, and Connor Fallon unanimously endorsed the warrant article for 86 Central Street, incorporating affordability protections, occupancy limits to seniors and persons with disabilities, and 30 percent building coverage caps. The board also unanimously approved 6,500 dollars to Egan Architects for design and procurement drawings for Kersey meeting room, kitchen, and laundry room renovation, and up to 20,000 dollars to Buckley Elevator for repairs and maintenance following multiple weekend breakdowns.

Staff was directed to issue a request for proposals for an updated Capital Needs Assessment estimated between 6,000 and 10,000 dollars.
