Library Director Linda Harper presented $164,375 in requests plus a $1.3 million chiller replacement proposal for a system installed in 1999-2000; a separate $511,000 estimate for five air handling units was also discussed, pending Library board approval. Fire Chief Murphy presented $300,960 in requests, including turnout gear, fire hydrant hose, a training mannequin, a utility truck, and a heating system circulation motor.
