Hingham Affordable Housing Trust and Lincoln Apartments Board preview renovation and expansion plans. At the January 14 joint meeting, Affordable Housing Trust Chair Jack Falvey presented the current condition of Lincoln School Apartments and stated the Town is considering conveying the property to a private developer to fund renovations while maintaining affordability. Discussion covered the Town's commitment to senior affordable housing, expansion potential, and the request-for-proposals process.
Additional meetings with residents and neighbors will be scheduled within the next month before decisions are finalized.
