At the January 14 joint meeting, Affordable Housing Trust Chair Jack Falvey presented the current condition of Lincoln School Apartments and stated the Town is considering conveying the property to a private developer to fund renovations while maintaining affordability. Discussion covered the Town's commitment to senior affordable housing, expansion potential, and the request-for-proposals process.
