GAR Trustees approve February minutes, authorize camera installation.

HINGHAM — GAR Hall Trustees approve prior minutes and advance facility improvements. Trustees Bob Beal and Paul Koenen, with Veterans Services Office staff Shannon Burke, unanimously approved the February 3 meeting minutes and authorized installation of three security cameras in the front hallway, main hall, and basement, with Google Nest software to be configured. A Community Preservation Committee grant for an elevator upgrade has been approved and will require town meeting warrant approval before bidding proceeds.

The trustees agreed to limit future donations to the building and continued work on an outstanding code of conduct draft.
