Foster School building committee approves phase 3 invoices, funds irrigation work.

HINGHAM — Foster School Building Committee approves final invoices as phase three nears closeout. The committee unanimously approved three invoices totaling $34,015.64, including the final Certified Safe Electric invoice for $24,975.00, and authorized approximately $3,300 in irrigation well hydrofracking to increase flow rate. The designer will review new Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education fencing requirements requested for special education programs relocating to Foster next year.

A LEED report submission remains stalled pending resolution of heat pump chiller programming issues; the next meeting is set for March 18.
