HINGHAM — Foster School Building Committee approves two construction invoices and a designer services proposal during phase 3 closeout. The committee unanimously approved PMA Consultants Invoice 058 for $7,771.04 covering February and March closeout activities and Bacon Construction Pay Request 033 for $183,340.76 for change order work and punchlist progress. The designer's irrigation redesign proposal for $3,850.00, adjusting layout and control zones based on well test results showing approximately 15 gallons per minute flow rate, was also approved.
Winter weather damage to site lighting and irrigation continues under repair, with heat pump chiller programming corrections and speaker replacements scheduled over April break.
