HINGHAM — Country Club Management Committee approves $7.9M pool replacement contract. The committee selected Construction Dynamics of Clinton as the low bidder on the South Shore Country Club pool project, with second bid at $8.3 million from Page Building and Construction. The $7.9 million contract leaves $654,000 in contingency against the authorized $8.55 million budget.
Executive Director Kevin Whalen reported December revenue of $552,840.71, with 259 golf permits sold for 2026 season generating $708,929 to date. Pro Shop rebuild holds target completion of March 31, and Golf Now has been awarded the point-of-sale reservation system contract at $10,000 annually.
