Council on Aging Outreach Subcommittee reviews campaign for new center.

Council on Aging · Meeting of March 4, 2026

HINGHAM — Council on Aging Outreach Subcommittee advances four-pronged campaign for new center. The subcommittee reviewed fact sheets posted to the town website, information sessions addressing tax impact and construction costs, online testimonials formatted as black-and-white portraits to be posted daily on social media, and additional outreach through emails, op-eds, magazine placements, signs, and a volunteer luncheon. Sharon Hampton will coordinate scheduling for five community ambassadors distributing materials at select town locations.

Jennifer Young reported on Advisory Committee follow-up questions.
