HINGHAM — Council on Aging unanimously approves amended February minutes. The council discussed a potential increase in programming registration fees from the current $5 to $7 per class, the first raise since 2019, with Director Jennifer Young requesting member support for any future increases while the team gathers additional cost data. Young reported that 30 to 35 high school students, coordinated by member Rory Earley, volunteered to shovel for seniors following recent storms, and the center has received one application for a medical van driver position with CPR training to be provided.
Building Committee member Jean Silvero reported unanimous approval of Article P, with cost estimates anticipated in March before the project goes to bid.
