Hingham Conservation Commission issues Orders of Conditions for five projects, including retroactive approval of a 70-ton air handler at Derby Academy. Vice-Chair Nina Villanova led the remote meeting in the absence of Chair Carolyn Nielsen, presiding over confirmations of wetland boundaries at Bare Cove Park Drive and approvals for residential pool and garage work, plus a three-year marina maintenance permit allowing up to 100 pile replacements at Hingham Shipyard Marina. An applicant withdrew a patio proposal within the 50-foot buffer at 123 Summer Street following Commission direction; the 240 Lazell Street pool project proceeded despite unconfirmed winter-flagged delineation, on findings regarding topography and conditional future review.
All motions passed unanimously or near-unanimously; no votes were opposed.
