Hingham Conservation Commission approves three residential determinations while deferring final decisions on two commercial applications. The commission unanimously approved Negative Determinations of Applicability for two residential projects: a pool and deck at 25 Mill Lane and a 227-square-foot addition at 26 Westmoreland Road. It also certified compliance for a 2006 residential addition at 2 Langlee Road and voted 6-0 to require expanded plantings for a 10 Village Lane wetland restoration.
Hearings on two commercial applications—pickleball courts at Bare Cove Park and an artificial turf patio at Shipyard Drive—were closed pending further review. The commission continued a hearing on proposed Hingham Wetland Regulations Revisions to June 22.
