Hingham Health Board sets May 28 deadline for property compliance or vacate order. The Board voted unanimously to require 156 Chief Justice Cushing Highway to submit proof of environmental and health code compliance by May 7, with a vacate and secure order effective May 28 if requirements are not met. Executive Health Officer Susan Sarni reported the case has consumed unprecedented staff time due to repeated inaccurate as-built submissions, and the Board expressed serious concerns about engineering work quality.
The Conservation Commission granted a drainage extension to May 21.
