Board of Managers renews Corcoran management contract through end of 2026.

HINGHAM — Lincoln Apartments board renews management contract with CPI clause. The Board of Managers voted unanimously to extend the Corcoran Management Contract through December 31, 2026, with a 2.7 percent cost-of-living adjustment. In parallel, Affordable Housing Trust Chair Jack Falvey outlined a strategy to convey the 86 Central Street property to a for-profit or nonprofit developer to fund major capital improvements while maintaining long-term affordability through HUD protections and state/federal financing safeguards.

The Town received a $100,000 ADA grant for community room, kitchen, and laundry upgrades, and submitted a $500,000 CPC request for approximately $2 million in brick repointing work.
